Announcement: Finally

Learning, Upgrading, and New Podcast series in the works

Hi friends!

I was waiting for the news cycle to slow down, but realized I will be waiting for far too long if I do. So, I am doing it now.

Last night, I attended a Gresham City Council meeting about declaring a state of emergency in response to ICE. Most of us who spoke were in favor of it. This weekend, there will be another protest which I plan to attend.

The footage was garbage and I’m sorry about that. In the future, I will bring a spare device and do a secondary recording to post later for when, not if, that happens again.

I decided to try the free trial of Streamyard. If it works out, I may sell something so I can continue using it (paid subscriptions or buy me a coffee would help me improve my content as well). Right now, I am messing around with it and I may do a test stream later (probably tomorrow) for practice.

There is a new podcast series in the works but still in the planning stages. I have a partner who seems commited to it for now and we already have a potential name for it (not telling yet). I want to do this legit which will mean trademark, business license, etc.. Anyway, it will be to platform artists who we will interview to show and talk about their work, what inspires them, etc.. By artists, I mean any kind of art from painting to photography, music, theater, poetry, ficiton, film, culinary, standup/improv comedy, etc.. Why? Becasue we will always need art and anyone who says otherwise is full of rotten beans.
